1996-10-07: ACA857 was inbound from EGLL, 80 northeast of Toronto, when the pilot declared a mayday, indicating a fire onboard. At 1938Z, the pilot cancelled the emergency indicating it was only a strong electrical smell in the cockpit. ERS was requested and were on stand by for the landing at 1954Z. Ops.
