Summary
1996-10-07: During an aborted glider launch, the tow aircraft released the rope and continued the takeoff. After climbing and joining a right hand circuit, all required radio calls were made. As the tow pilot turned base to final, he was observed from the launch point to overfly another aircraft doing touch-and-go landings. Aircraft on ground waited until tow aircraft had landed and taxiied clear of departure path. Ops. Impact -- unknown.
