Summary

1996-09-19: On approach to Toronto, when the slats/flaps were initially selected, the crew received a L/E slat assymetrical lockout warning. ERS was on standby for the uneventful landing. Maintenance was unable to duplicate the indication and are recalibrating the sensors. Ops. Impact--unknown. From a TSB Initial Notification.
