1996-09-16: As engine power was brought up for takeoff, there was a loud pop followed by a rush of air. The takeoff was rejected and the aircraft taxiied back to the gate. A duct had come off the #1 AC pack. Ops. Impact -- unknown. From a TSB Initial Notification.
