Summary
1996-09-09: Approximately 15 miles east of Toronto, engine #3 had a fire and pilot requested return to Toronto with ERS standing by. ROY162 managed to put the fire out and requested permission to dump fuel before returning. Aircraft landed without further incident at 1618Z. Ops. Impact -- 20 aircraft held and 4-6 departures delayed.
