1996-08-28: A "1-C" was declared when the crew reported inbound to Toronto (LBPIA) with a hydraulic steering problem. The aircraft landed safely on runway 15 and the "1-C" was stood down. The aircraft was towed off the runway at 1939Z and runway 15 was returned to service. Ops. impact -- minimal.
