Summary
1996-08-26: Enroute to YSN VFR, aircraft developed engine problems. Pilot declared an emergency with Buffalo Approach control. Communications were lost when the aircraft was two miles south of YSN. Niagara Regional Police verified C-FFRK landed safely at YSN. Ops. Impact -- none.
