Incident at Near Windsor
Summary
1996-07-23: Approximately 30 miles east of Windsor, the flight crew experienced a loss of power from the number two engine while on a flight from Oshawa to Detroit. The crew shut the engine down, contacted Windsor Tower and declared an emergency. The aircraft landed safely without further incident. A stuck valve is the suspected cause of the power loss.
