1996-07-11: Pilot advised of a hydraulic problem with smoke coming from the #1 engine. This was at the intersection of taxiways Charlie and Delta. Dual operation was in progress - went to off load 24R, land 24L. Back to normal by 2033Z. Ops. Impact -- required change of arrivals; some taxi delays.
