Summary

1996-07-09: Pilot reported a flat tire while taxiing on Charlie. FBO towed aircraft to ramp. Left main tire rim was found to be fractured and debris was suspected to be on the runway. Runway 26 was closed from 2318Z to 0105Z. Pieces consistent with damage to wheel were found and the runway was reopened at 0105Z. Ops. Impact -- unknown.
