Incident at OTTAWA / MACDONALD-CARTIER INTL ON (CYOW)

Summary

1996-06-28: Aircraft #2 of the formation touched down on runway 32 just south of the intersection of runway 07. As the aircraft went past Charlie Taxiway, smoke started to come from the undercarriage area. The aircraft then skidded right, then left, then came to rest perpendicular to the runway, just north of Charlie. Ops. Impact -- one aircraft (US Airforce B1 bomber) had to hold approximately 20 minutes, then landed runway 07.
