Incident at Iqaluit, NWT

Summary

1996-05-31: Aircraft enroute from London, England to Los Angeles, CA, approximately 300 nm northeast of Iqaluit. Pilot advised Baffin Radio that a passenger had a heart attack and was being attended by two doctors. A decision was made to divert to CYFB. Aircraft landed at 1624Z. UPDATE: After landing, while taxiing, the aircraft struck a fuel cabinet, damaging the engine cowling. More information available through Quebec region CADORS 96Q0261.
