Summary
1996-05-28: On departure from Montreal, pilot could not retract gear. Toronto ACC advised Timmins FSS of the problem. Although the pilot did not request ERS, they were advised. Aircraft landed on runway 03 without incident, with ERS standing by. Ops. Impact -- none.
