Summary
1996-05-22: N6250X was at 11,000' but could not maintain altitude due to icing. The aircraft descended below 11,000' while ACA518 was at 10,000' and converging with N6250X. ACA518 descended and turned away. The aircraft closed to 800' vertically and two (2) NM laterally. Ops. impact -- none.
