Summary

1996-04-29: The student pilot was performing a pre-flight inspection of the aircraft. To visually check the fuel levels, the student climbed up on the wing strut and apparently slipped and fell to the ground. ERS responded and requested and an ambulance (due suspected back/neck injuries). The extent of injuries is not known. Ops. impact -- none.
