Summary
1996-04-23: TGO968 departed Hamilton from runway 06 (en-route to Sault Ste. Marie) and was climbing to 3,000 feet. CWW100 was holding at the "Bravo" NDB at 4,000 feet. TGO968 was observed climbing through the cleared altitude and instructed to descend to 3,000 feet. The aircraft came within 700 feet (vertical separation) and four miles (lateral separation). Ops. impact -- none.
