Summary
1996-04-18: The RCMP passed a bomb threat to the control tower as the aircraft was taxiing for departure. The aircraft was moved to runway 15/33 and the passengers were deplanned. At 0155Z, the bomb threat was stood down (nothing had been found). Ops. impact -- numerous departure delays due to no access to runway 24L.
