Incident at TORONTO / OSHAWA EXECUTIVE AIRPORT ON (CYOO)
Summary
1999-06-08: The aircraft departed Oshawa IFR and experienced problems en-route (battery and electrical problems). The aircraft returned "NORDO" and landed safely under light signals from the tower. Tower staff reported to crew that liquid appeared to be draining from the aircraft (later discovered to be fuel). The APM advised the tower that there was no need for ERS. Ops. impact -- none.
