Summary
1996-03-21: The aircraft's windshield cracked while en-route between Toronto (City Centre) and London. Toronto ACC advised London Tower of the problem. When the crew came on London Tower's frequency, they were asked if they wanted ERS to stand by for the landing. The crew responded affirmatively and ERS were dispatched. The aircraft landed without incident at 1938Z. Ops. imapct -- none.
