Summary

1996-03-17: Please refer to CADORS O960099. The pilot had departed Jacksonville (FL, U.S.A.) for Allendale (SC, U.S.A.) when he encountered low visibility and thunderstorms en-route. The pilot decided to perform a precautionary landing in a field. During the landing, the aircraft flipped over. No reported injuries. The aircraft has been dismantled and is being trucked back to Canada. Ops. impact -- unknown. Initial information received from the TSB.
