Summary
1996-02-29: Initial information from T.S.B. Initial Notification (#A96O0042): While en-route, a Flight Attendant on board the Boeing 737-200 aircraft became ill and could not perform her duties. After landing at Ottawa (M-CIA), she was transported by ambulance to Ottawa General Hospital where she passed a kidney stone. Ops. impact -- unknown. 79 S.O.B. -- six (6) crew; 73 passengers. The aircraft (C-FCPN, operating as CDN904) was on an IFR flight from Calgary International Airport (CYYC) to Ottawa (M-CIA).
