Summary

1996-03-05: On final approach, after selecting landing gear down, the left main gear unsafe light illuminated. The crew overshot and the tower observed that all gear appeared to be down on the fly-by. The aircraft landed and on touchdown, the left main landing gear safe light illuminated. ERS was standing by for the uneventful landing. After unloading the medevac patient, the aircraft departed for Chicago. Ops. Impact -- unknown. From a TSB Initial Notification.
