Incident at enroute from Toronto to Los Angeles
Summary
1996-02-14: Approximately one hour after take-off from Toronto (LBPIA), a Flight Attendant was manoeuvring a bar cart when it either fell on her or knocked her over. The Flight Attendant hit her head on the way down and was knocked unconscious. The aircraft returned to Toronto and landed without incident. The Flight Attendant remained unconscious for the return flight and approximately 1.5 hours afterwards. Shortly thereafter, the aircraft departed for Los Angeles International Airport (KLAX). Extent of injuries unknown. Ops. Impact -- unknown.
