Incident at near Ottawa
Summary
1996-01-27: Initial information from T.S.B. Initial Notification: While in cruise flight at 17,000' ASL a short distance from Ottawa, the aircraft (C-GLOL) number one engine began to lose power and spool down. The flight crew shut down and secured the engine. The flight continued to and landed at Ottawa (M-CIA) (CYOW) without further incident. A fractured P3 pressure line caused the number one engine to spool down. Ops. impact -- unknown.
