Incident at Windsor, Ontario

Summary

1998-02-18: While enroute to Toronto, the aircraft encountered turbulence. All passengers were still seated and wearing seatbelts while the beverage service was in progress. However, the flight attendants received minor injuries as a result. The captain reported that he had received pilot reports of turbulence at FL190 and his aircraft was only climbing to 15,000', so he wasn't anticipating the encounter. Ops. Impact -- unknown.
