Summary
1996-12-24: The aircraft departed Prince Albert VFR to Estevan with the pilot and one passenger on board. The pilot advised ATC that due to a gear problem (gear would not retract) he was diverting to Saskatoon, where a normal landing was accomplished. Cold weather is the suspected culprit with this particular occurrence.
