1996-12-09: The pilot and one passenger were on a local pleasure flight when the right wing struck the ground which caused the aircraft to cartwheel. Both occupants were seriously injured and are in the hospital. The aircraft was destroyed. The weather at the time was reported as foggy with light snow associated which reduced visibilities from one half to a mile.
