Incident at Stony Rapids, Saskatchewan


1996-12-09: While inbound to Stony Rapids from the north, the pilot reported a broken ski cable. He advised Air Radio that he would hold north until a departing aircraft and a landing aircraft were clear of the runway so that he could land without inconveniencing other traffic. The aircraft was landed safely and the pilot was able to taxi the aircraft off of runway 24.
