Incident at 30 W Whitecourt, Alberta
Summary
1996-12-04: C-FWPN was on an IFR medevac flight from Grande Prairie, Alberta to Edmonton City Centre at 17,000 feet when the co-pilot cockpit window blew out. The aircraft decompressed and the pilot initiated a rapid descent. The aircraft landed at Fox Creek, Alberta without incident at 1807Z. The two pilots, two patients and two paramedics on board suffered no injuries. The window had been replaced in accordance with a Service Bulletin issued. The company shall be submitting an SDR.
