Summary

1996-11-15: The aircraft was enroute Calgary from Winnipeg when the crew reported a cracked wind screen. The crew requested and received descent down to 15,000 and returned to Winnipeg where an uneventful landing was accomplished. Company maintenance are in the process of determining the cause of the wind screen failure.
