Incident at Thunder Bay, Ontario
Summary
1996-12-10: Bearskin BLS312 departed Thunder Bay enroute Fort Francis when the crew advised Thunder ATC that they were returning due to gear indication problems. The SW4 landed without further incident at 1611Z. Maintenance are in the process of determining the malfunction. UPDATE: Company maintenance personnel found the nose wheel oleo leaking. The seal was replaced, the oleo was serviced and the aircraft was returned to service.
