Incident at 30 Miles East of Winnipeg
Summary
1996-10-22: The aircraft departed on a routine courier flight to Hamilton. Thirty miles east of Winnipeg the crew advised ATC that they were having an engine problem and requested a return to Winnipeg. The aircraft had to dump fuel which the crew did for 4 minutes on the 010 degree radial at 50 DME on a heading of 360. The aircraft landed safely at Winnipeg at 0700Z. CFR was not called out. Maintenance determined that the warning system was activated as a result of a leaking bleed-air clamp. The clamp was changed and the aircraft was returned to service.
