Incident at Regina, Saskatchewan (ATS operating irregularity)

Summary

1996-10-21: The crew of Air Canada 188, a DC9, received a TCAS advisory while on a left base to runway 31 at Regina. The aircraft was climbed to resolve the conflict. An operating irregularity existed at the time of this occurrence. Another CADORS will be issued further explaining the circumstances. See 96C0436.
