Accident at North Battleford, Saskatchewan

Summary

1996-10-15: The Schweizer 233A with a pilot and one passenger were conducting introductory flights to the air cadet squadron at North Battleford, Saskatchewan. The glider was landed on a grass area close to a taxiway. The wing came in contact with a concrete foundation which caused some damage to the wing. There were no injuries to either one of the occupants. There was no operational impact. Weather was not a factor in this incident.
