Summary

1996-10-15: While enroute Saskatoon from Regina the crew of Canadian Regional 1311, a Fokker F-28, advised Winnipeg ACC that a passenger was having a difficult time breathing. The crew declared an onboard medical emergency and requested that an ambulance meet the aircraft at Saskatoon. The aircraft landed without further incident at 0156Z.
