Incident at Winnipeg, Manitoba (Dangerous goods/hazardous materials)
Summary
1996-10-07: It was reported by a ground freight handler that a possible radioactive spill occurred while Calm Air Flight 1512 was being unloaded. ERS, the City of Winnipeg Firefighters responded. The site was sterilized, ground traffic was re-routed. The end result was in fact a false alarm and water had spilled onto the tarmac from a container.
