Incident at Thompson, Manitoba

Summary

1996-09-09: The aircraft was departing Thompson on a routine flight when the crew reported a bird strike. The bird was lodged under the wind screen wiper which caused the crew to reject the take-off. A second aircraft C-FSDK, Air Manitoba NAM932, a Cessna 208 Caravan was forced to do a missed approach and go around due to the aircraft on the runway. There was no further incidents.
