Accident at 1NM SW Nipawin, Saskatchewan
Summary
1996-12-10: The pilot departed on a calibration flight. After take-off the aircraft was unable to climb and settled into a farm field damaging the landing gear and propeller. No one was injured. UPDATE: Investigators were unable to determine why the pilot did not dump the load of water since it was a calibration flight which would have enhanced the aircraft's flying characteristics.
