Summary
1996-08-23: The pilot of BLS312 (Bearskin Lake Air Service) had a gear malfunction requiring an extra circuit to manually crank the gear down. The aircraft landed safely. The aircraft later taxied out at 0019Z VFR for departure to Sioux Lookout and prior to taking off returned due to the gear malfunction.
