1996-08-26: The pilot of C-GQPR, a PA28 (Winnipeg Aviation Co.) taxied into position on the active runway after having been told to wait due to traffic on final. PAG01T, Perimeter Aviation Ltd., a BE95, was on final and had been cleared touch and go, initiated an overshoot.
