Incident at Baker Lake, NWT
Summary
1996-12-10: The left engine failed/shutdown of TGO954, a DH6, while on final to runway 34 at Baker Lake. The aircraft was landed safely on one engine at 1607Z. A follow up will be provided. UPDATE: The engine manufacturer have yet to determine the cause of this occurrence.
