Incident at Regina, Saskatchewan


1996-08-02: The aircraft landed at Regina after a routine flight from Bismark, North Dakota but due to a problem with Customs, the aircraft was instructed to return to the States. As the aircraft taxied for departure the pilot advised ground that due to a shortage of fuel he may not be able to make his destination. The pilot was informed that fuel would be made available to him, however, the aircraft departed without taking on more fuel.
