Incident at WINNIPEG, MANITOBA
Summary
1996-07-26: The aircraft was on a routine training flight. The crew shut down the left engine, however they were unable to restart the affected power plant. The aircraft returned to Winnipeg from the practice area. The aircraft landed without further incident. Maintenance discovered that the Bendix in the started had failed.
