Incident at BISSETT TEST AREA, MANITOBA

Summary

1996-07-25: The pilot of Moose 1, a CF5 which was on a test flight 80 miles northeast of Winnipeg, advised ATC that he was declaring an emergency because of an engine failure. Crash Fire Rescue was alerted and on standby. The aircraft landed without further incident at 1630 on runway 31 at Winnipeg.
