Accident at BIG BEAVER, SASKATCHEWAN

Summary

1996-06-03: It was reported that a loss of directional control occurred while the pilot was attempting a take-off from a US customs depot at Whitetail, MT. The aircraft sloughed sideways, struck a gate located on the border. A tire was blown, the aircraft veered to the east and came in contact with the Canada Customs office at Big Beaver, SK . The pilot was uninjured, however the aircraft suffered damage to its wings and cockpit.
