Summary
1996-07-19: TGO952, a Transport Canada Twin Otter was IFR from Sioux Lookout to Thunder Bay via R6 and C-GHMW, a Cessna 402 was IFR from Kenora direct Sioux Lookout at 5000 feet. The crew of 952 departed runway 34 at 1347Z and were cleared to maintain 4000 feet. TGO952 was observed on radar at 1351Z approximately 2 miles north of Sioux Lookout at 4300 feet when C-GHMW was approximately 10 miles west of Sioux Lookout at 5000 feet. The crew of 952 then descended to 4000 feet.
