Summary
1996-07-14: The pilot of C-GQQC, a Beech D95A, Perimeter Aviation Ltd. was flight planned Winnipeg, Langruth V302 Yorkton V353 Brandon Winnipeg. After passing Yorkton, C-GQQC turned on to the next leg of his route and started descent to 5000 feet as per his flight plan. When Regina FSS passed the progress report on C-GQQC, and told the controller he was on descent to 5000 feet, the controller immediately recleared C-GQQC to 6000 feet. C-FUZZ was estimated Yorkton at 1838Z at 5000 feet. C-FUZZ (Mooney M20F) progressed by Yorkton at 1841Z.
