Summary
1996-06-30: The Air Canada, DC-9 was enroute from Toronto to Regina when the left fuel gauge operation became eratic. The Captain diverted to Winnipeg and asked for priority handling. Maintenance washed the fuel compensator probe and confirmed correct gauge readings.
