Incident at CHURCHILL

1996-07-03: While on a local sight seeing trip the aircraft suffered a complete electrical failure. The aircraft returned to Churchill nordo and the FSS operator observed the aircraft circling overhead the airport. The air radio operator realized the aircraft was without radio and advised vehicles which were working on the runway to exit the runway which allowed the aircraft to complete a normal circuit and land without further incident. Maintenance are in the process of determining why the electrics failed.
