Incident at Thunder Bay, Ontario
Summary
1996-06-24: After take off from Thunder Bay the crew of BLS303, a Beech 99, noticed that the lights in the landing gear handle were illuminated indicating a gear-in-transit condition. The landing gear was selected down, the lights in the gear handle extinguished and the aircraft landed safely. Maintenance found a broken wire on a relay. The wire was repaired and the aircraft returned to service.
